Dr. Iversen is a lawyer, entrepreneur and investor with 20 years of professional experience. He has lived in Germany, Switzerland, France, USA, New Zealand and Ghana and has carried out projects in more than 10 countries (including China, Vietnam, Philippines, Serbia and North Macedonia).

As an M&A lawyer at the US top tier firm Latham & Watkins, Dr. Iversen worked on mid- and large-cap corporate, private equity and venture capital transactions. Subsequently, as a family office manager, he was responsible for fund and direct investments in private equity, venture capital and real estate. He then co-founded the security company Emloc GmbH with headquarters in Munich and production in China as well as a hotel project development company. Dr. Iversen
is a (non-executive) board member of ABT SE and Greenforce Future Food AG.

Dr. Melzer holds a PhD in experimental particle physics where he worked at CERN Geneva/Switzerland and NIKHEF Amsterdam/Netherlands.

As a McKinsey consultant, Dr. Melzer served companies mainly from the sectors automotive, high-tech, telecommunications and aerospace, before he joined in FMCG the Tchibo Holding AG with responsibilities for M&A, strategy and OPEX projects.

For 15 years, Dr. Melzer has been active in private equity, venture capital and direct investments. He is an advisor/board member at SMEs (e.g. as a member of the board of the Barthel Foundation / HZI Group  (packaging sector), at the Ammer family office or at the law firm Lawentus). Previously, he was managing director of direct investment funds (e.g. Haspa-BGM and Ammer Partners), where he invested in venture capital and small to medium sized companies. He is also co-founder of the Artificial Intelligence Software company SimCog Technologies.
